Is the price really for the whole group?
Yes. One flat price covers the whole vehicle for up to six guests. A couple pays the same as a family of six.
Are attraction tickets included?
The price includes the private vehicle, driver-guide, fuel and pickup, plus the itinerary stops without turnstiles. Ticketed attractions (Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future, Qasr Al Watan, Louvre, Ferrari World) are optional — your guide arranges tickets on the day at the current gate prices, which change through the year, so you only pay for what you actually visit.
Where do you pick up?
Any hotel or residence in Dubai or Abu Dhabi — pickup and drop-off in both cities is included. We don't currently pick up from other emirates.
What if my plans change?
Cancellation is free with a full refund up to 24 hours before the start time. Inside 24 hours the booking is non-refundable, but date changes are still possible subject to availability. Full details in our Cancellation & Date Change Policy.
When do I pay?
After you send a booking request we confirm availability on WhatsApp, usually within 2 hours, and send a secure card payment link. Your spot is held in the meantime.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through the secure payment link, or cash in AED to the driver on the day if you prefer. Card payment in advance is what locks your vehicle, so we recommend it in peak season (October to April).
Do you have guides in our language?
English-speaking driver-guides are standard on every tour. Arabic, Russian, Hindi and Urdu speakers are available at no extra cost with a day's notice; German, French, Spanish and Mandarin guides can be arranged for city tours at a small supplement. Note the language you want in your booking.
