What we collect
When you fill in the booking form, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, preferred hotel or pickup point, tour date and number of guests. We don't ask for payment card details through this website — payment is completed separately through a secure link we send you.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm availability, contact you about your booking on WhatsApp, email or phone, arrange pickup, and provide the tour you've requested. We don't use your information for marketing unless you've separately agreed to that.
How it's shared
Submitting the booking form opens a pre-filled message in WhatsApp, which you send to us directly — that message and your reply history are handled through WhatsApp's own service under its terms. We share your booking details with our driver-guides only as needed to carry out your tour, and don't sell your information to third parties.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores your language preference in your browser's local storage so it's remembered on your next visit. We don't use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
Data retention
We keep booking information for as long as needed to deliver your tour, handle any follow-up questions, and meet our own record-keeping requirements, after which it's deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Contact us using the details below and we'll respond as soon as we can.
