These terms apply whenever you book a tour with Aura Avenue Tourism LLC ("Aura Avenue", "we", "us"), whether through this website, WhatsApp or by email. By sending a booking request you agree to them.
Booking process
A booking request submitted through this site or on WhatsApp is not a confirmed booking. We confirm availability, usually within 2 hours, and send a secure payment link. Your date is held provisionally while we confirm, but a booking is only guaranteed once payment is completed.
Pricing
Tour prices are quoted per group (up to the stated guest limit), in AED with an approximate USD conversion for reference. Attraction tickets, dining and other add-ons shown at checkout are optional and charged separately. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and may change for requests made after that point.
What's included
Each tour includes a private air-conditioned vehicle, a driver-guide, fuel, bottled water and the itinerary stops listed on the tour page, unless marked as an optional add-on. Ticketed attractions, meals and any items marked "excluded" on the tour page are not included unless purchased separately.
Your responsibilities
Please be ready at the agreed pickup point and time. Valid identification may be required at some attractions. Modest dress (shoulders and knees covered) is required at religious sites such as Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Jumeirah Mosque, and is not provided by us. Follow your driver-guide's safety instructions at all times, and you are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by you or your group.
Changes and cancellations
Date changes and cancellation terms are set out in our Cancellation & Date Change Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Liability
We take reasonable care in planning and operating every tour, but we are not liable for delays, closures or changes at third-party attractions, or for events outside our reasonable control (traffic, weather, government restrictions and similar). We recommend guests hold their own travel insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under UAE law.
Photos and media
Our driver-guides may take general photos in public areas as part of the tour. We won't publish identifiable photos of you or your group without asking first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
