Cancellation & date change policy

Plans change, and this page explains what happens when yours do. It applies to every booking made with Aura Avenue Tourism, whether requested through this website or directly on WhatsApp.

Date changes

Date changes are free, subject to availability. Message us on WhatsApp or email as soon as you know your original date won't work, and we'll do our best to move your booking to another date at no extra charge.

The earlier you let us know, the more dates we're able to offer. Requests made close to the original pickup time may have limited or no availability, especially in peak season (October to April).

Cancellations

We don't offer free cancellations. If a date change genuinely won't work for you and you need to cancel instead, contact us directly and we'll review your situation — refunds are considered case by case and are not guaranteed.

Any payment made to secure a booking is only refunded at our discretion, unless we are the ones unable to deliver the tour as booked.

No-shows

If you or your group aren't at the agreed pickup point within a reasonable waiting window and we haven't heard from you, the booking is treated as completed and is non-refundable.

Changes on our side

On rare occasions a tour may need to be rescheduled or adjusted for reasons outside our control — severe weather, site closures, vehicle issues or safety concerns. If that happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date or agree on next steps together.

How to request a change

WhatsApp +971 55 795 6443 or email bookings@auraavenue.ae with your booking reference and the new date you'd like. We reply within 2 hours during business hours.
