Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before travel, with a full refund. No forms, no fees, no arguing — message us on WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and we process the refund to your original payment method. Pay-on-day bookings simply close with nothing owed.

Inside 24 hours

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the start time are charged in full, because by then a vehicle and driver are committed to you. That said: tell us what happened. Where we can re-sell the slot or move your date, we do, and the charge falls away.

If we cancel

Weather, authority closures or vehicle issues on our side mean a full refund or a free re-book, your choice, plus an honest explanation. Specialist activities run by partner operators follow the same standard — we hold them to it.

No-shows

If we cannot reach you within 45 minutes of pickup time on the day, the booking is treated as a no-show and charged. Keep WhatsApp reachable on travel day and this never happens.
