Terms & conditions

These terms govern bookings made with Aura Avenue Tourism L.L.C, a tour operator licensed by the Department of Culture and Tourism — Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Bookings & payment

• All charges are in AED. Prices shown in other currencies are indicative, at the daily rate displayed and recorded on your booking.
• Private products are priced per vehicle up to the stated capacity; per-person products state so explicitly. 5% UAE VAT is included in displayed prices.
• "Reserve now, pay on the day" bookings are confirmed bookings; payment is due to the driver before the service ends.

Delivery & partners

• Touring and transport are delivered with our own fleet and drivers under ITC permits.
• Specialist activities (desert camps, marine, adventure, photography) are delivered by permitted partner operators under their own licences and insurance, as inclusions of your tour.
• Itineraries flex with traffic, weather and authority closures; we substitute fairly when a stop is unavailable.

Your side

• Arrive at pickup on time and reachable; observe venue dress codes (we brief you) and safety instructions on activities.
• Age and health restrictions on adventure activities are the partner operator's and are enforced without exception.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the booking except where UAE law provides otherwise. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. UAE law governs; Abu Dhabi courts have jurisdiction.
