Privacy policy

We collect what a booking needs and nothing else: your name, contact details, pickup point, party size, and any requirements you tell us. We use it to run your booking, confirm and remind you (email/WhatsApp), and meet UAE regulatory record-keeping.

• We never sell personal data. Partner operators delivering an activity receive only the details needed to run it.
• Payment card data is handled by our payment provider; we never see or store card numbers.
• Currency preference is stored in a small cookie. We use privacy-respecting analytics without cross-site tracking.
