Is the price really for the whole vehicle?
Yes. Private tours are priced per vehicle for up to 6 guests. Two people or six, the price is identical.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before travel with a full refund. Inside 24 hours, message us — we'll always try to move the booking first.
Do I have to pay online?
No. 'Reserve now, pay on the day' is a first-class option — pay your driver by cash or card. Online card payment is available if you prefer.
Where do you pick up?
Any hotel or address in Abu Dhabi; Dubai pickups are included on cross-emirate tours that state it. Airports and the cruise port too.
Are your guides licensed?
We are a DCT-licensed operator; drivers hold ITC permits and several carry DCT guide badges. A certified tour guide can be added to any booking.
What about child seats?
Certified child and booster seats are fitted free — tell us the ages in special requests.
Is the Grand Mosque dress code a problem?
No — we brief you before arrival and the mosque provides appropriate covering where needed. Shoulders and knees covered is the baseline.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Charges are in AED. The site can display prices in USD, EUR, GBP, RUB and INR at daily rates so you know what you're paying.
