How it works

Book the block
Choose a start time and tell us roughly what the day holds — meetings, malls, a medical appointment, all of it counts. Four hours is the minimum, and you can extend by the hour once you're rolling. We only need your first pickup point to get started.
Your driver, confirmed
Typically the evening before, you'll receive your driver's name, photo and the car's plate number on WhatsApp. The car is our house Kia Carnival — quiet, cold and roomy. Any last-minute changes go straight into that same chat.
The pickup
Your driver arrives around ten minutes early and waits without fuss. Cabin pre-chilled, water on board, boot cleared for whatever the day collects. From here the clock is yours.
The hours work for you
Stop as often as you like — the car waits at every door, so there's no re-booking, no surge pricing, no standing in the heat with a phone. Your driver handles parking, sequencing and the small logistics you shouldn't have to think about. Change the plan mid-stream and the plan simply changes.
Extend or wrap up
If the day runs long, add hours as you go — just tell the driver. When you're done, you're dropped wherever you finish, which needn't be where you started. No paperwork at the kerb.

Insider tips

Sequence your farthest stop first and work back towards your hotel — Abu Dhabi traffic builds towards the evening, and you want the short hops last.
Send your driver the day's rough plan the night before; a good driver pre-solves parking at every stop, and ours will.
Treat the boot as your base camp. Drop shopping bags after each stop and walk into the next one empty-handed.
Starting before 08:00 or after 09:30 typically dodges the school-run crawl around the city's main corridors.
Pin the WhatsApp thread with your driver. One-word messages — 'coming', 'ten mins' — are entirely acceptable and exactly how regulars use it.

Questions, answered

Why is there a four-hour minimum?

Because we dedicate one driver and one car to you exclusively, and a shorter block doesn't let us do that properly. If you only need a single ride, a point-to-point transfer is the better product. Once your four hours are booked, extending by the hour is easy.

Does the driver wait while I'm in a meeting or a shop?

Yes — waiting is the whole point. The driver stays with the car, keeps it cool, and is at the door when you message. There's no waiting surcharge within your booked hours.

What car will I actually get?

Our house car, a Kia Carnival with a professional driver-guide. It seats a family plus shopping without anyone negotiating for legroom. The luxury fleet is reserved for our packages, so if you want something more particular, ask us about those.

Can I use the hours to go to Dubai?

The hourly product is built for Abu Dhabi, where distances suit it. A Dubai run eats around ninety minutes each way in travel time alone, so for that day the full-day car is far better value. Tell us your plan and we'll steer you honestly.

Can you provide child seats?

Yes — request them at booking with your children's ages and we'll have the right seats fitted before pickup. UAE law requires proper child restraints for young children, and we don't treat that as optional. There's no charge drama; just tell us in advance.

How do I pay for extra hours if I overrun?

Extra time is agreed with you before it starts, never sprung on you after. Your driver will flag it when you're approaching your booked hours. Settlement is handled the same way as your original booking.
