Tell us your base, the car you want from the high-end fleet, and the rhythm of your life: office days, school runs, airport frequency, weekend habits. A month is a pattern, not a list of journeys. We quote to the pattern.
The proposal — terms shaped around you
You receive a written monthly proposal, typically within around a working day: vehicle, chauffeur, daily-hours envelope, rest-day cover and exactly what sits outside the price. It reads like an agreement, not an advert. Adjust it until it fits.
The contract — signed once, settled monthly
Plain written terms under our DCT licence, signed once for the month with renewal on the same page if you want it. The specific car is assigned to you, with servicing cover arranged so a scheduled workshop day never leaves you standing.
Your driver — part of the furniture, in the good sense
One dedicated chauffeur who learns your preferences within days and stops needing instructions shortly after. Direct WhatsApp line, car presented clean daily, and a relief driver pre-arranged for the chauffeur's legally required days off. By week two it simply runs.
Insider tips
- Spend the first week narrating preferences — routes, radio, temperature, small talk or silence — and enjoy weeks two to four in a car that already knows.
- Put the school run in the contract if it matters; a named, consistent driver at the gate is precisely what this product is for.
- Choose the Range Rover if your month includes desert or east-coast weekends; choose the S-Class if it is motorway and meetings.
- Review the hours envelope at the end of week one — a ten-minute adjustment to the terms beats three weeks of quiet overtime.
- If a VIP visit or event lands mid-month, tell us early; layering a second car and driver for a few days is easy with notice, scramble without.
Questions, answered
Which vehicles can we have on a monthly basis?
S-Class, Range Rover or Rolls-Royce, assigned to you for the month and named in the proposal. Mid-month vehicle swaps for specific occasions can be written into the terms.
Is the chauffeur available every single day?
The car can be; one human cannot, and we will not pretend otherwise. Your chauffeur takes legally required rest days, and the proposal states the relief-driver arrangement for those days so coverage never lapses.
What does the monthly price include?
The vehicle, your dedicated chauffeur, fuel and the agreed daily-hours envelope. Anything outside it — extended evenings, long inter-emirate days — is defined in the proposal with its treatment stated up front.
Can family members use the car when I am travelling?
Yes, within the agreed hours — many monthly clients run school and family logistics through the same car and driver. Name the authorised passengers in the contract and it is seamless.
What happens if the car needs servicing?
Scheduled maintenance is covered with a comparable replacement vehicle arranged in advance, so a workshop day is our problem, not your morning.
What notice is needed to start, and can we renew?
Enquire as early as your plans allow — high-end fleet cars are assigned, not pooled. Renewal terms sit in the original contract, so continuing into a second month is a signature, not a renegotiation.
