How it works
Enquire — tell us the shape of your week
Send your dates, where you are based, the car you want — S-Class, Range Rover or Rolls-Royce — and roughly how you move: meetings, school runs, airport legs, evenings out. Rough is fine. The quote is built to your movement, not a rate card.
The proposal — priced to your movement
You receive a written proposal, typically within around a working day: the exact car, daily hours, your dedicated chauffeur, and precisely what counts as extra. No ranges, no asterisks. If the shape of your week changes, the proposal changes with it.
The contract — one page, then it is reserved
Confirm and we issue simple written terms under our DCT licence — car, driver, hours, the lot in plain language. Signature and deposit reserve the specific vehicle, not a category. From that moment the car is yours for the week.
Your driver — briefed before day one
Your chauffeur arrives already knowing your schedule, your terminal and your coffee order if you have shared it. You get a direct WhatsApp line to the driver, and the same face all week. The car is presented clean every morning; you just get in.
Insider tips
- Share your calendar's shape, not just your dates — a week of short city hops prices and plans differently from daily Dubai runs.
- If the Rolls-Royce is for one evening rather than seven, say so; an S-Class week with a one-night upgrade is often the smarter build.
- Nominate a daily standby window so the car is provably outside the door when your meeting finishes early.
- Use the driver's local knowledge deliberately — restaurant timings, school-gate logistics and which airport entrance actually works are all part of the service.
- Agree the evening cut-off honestly at proposal stage; a rested chauffeur on day five beats a heroic one on day two.

Which cars are on the high-end fleet?
Mercedes S-Class, Range Rover and Rolls-Royce, with the specific vehicle named in your proposal. Tell us if the badge matters for a particular event and we plan around it.
How many hours a day does the chauffeur work?
The proposal sets a daily-hours envelope shaped to your routine. Drivers take legally required rest, so a genuinely round-the-clock week needs a relief-driver arrangement — we will say so plainly in the quote rather than promise the impossible.
Can the driver take us between emirates?
Yes — Abu Dhabi to Dubai and across the UAE is normal work. Long inter-emirate days are simply reflected in the hours we agree.
Is it the same driver all week?
Yes, one dedicated chauffeur is the standard arrangement. If the schedule forces a substitution, you are told in advance, not surprised at the kerb.
Are airport pickups and fuel included?
Fuel, the driver and the vehicle are in the weekly price; airport legs are part of your movement, not an extra product. Salik and parking treatment is stated in the proposal so there is nothing ambiguous later.
How much notice do you need?
More is better, especially for the Rolls-Royce, which is a small-fleet car. Enquire as soon as your dates firm up and we will hold the vehicle against your proposal window.
