The rhythm of the trip
Arrival — straight in
We collect you from the airport in the Kia Carnival and take you to your hotel. On a two-day booking we keep check-in brisk and the first afternoon useful. Tell us your landing time and we will build the day honestly around it.
Day 1 — The Grand Mosque and the capital's icons
The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the palace district and the Corniche photo stops, typically as an afternoon-into-evening run so the mosque catches the softer light. Dress code applies: shoulders and knees covered, headscarf for women. Your driver-guide keeps the sequence tight without making it feel timed.
Day 2 — Yas Island or the desert
Your pick, made at booking: a Yas Island park day, or an afternoon desert run with dunes, camp and BBQ delivered by permitted partner operators. Two days does not fit both — we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. Either way the Carnival does the driving.
Departure — timed to your flight
Checkout, a spare hour if your flight allows, and the airport drop. Short as it is, the shape of both days is tailorable when you book — swap the mosque day's timing, trade Yas for the Louvre Abu Dhabi, or tell us something we have not thought of.
Insider tips
- Land in the morning if you can choose your flight — it effectively buys you a free half-day.
- Pack your mosque outfit in hand luggage: shoulders and knees covered, headscarf for women, no waiting for checked bags to be presentable.
- Choose the desert if you have done big theme parks elsewhere; the dunes are the thing you cannot get at home.
- Ask us to time the mosque visit for late afternoon — the white marble is at its kindest then, and so is the temperature.
- Travel light on day two. Whatever you pick, you will be out from early until evening, and the Carnival carries the rest.

What is included in the two days?
Hotel for one or two nights depending on your flights, airport transfers, all transport in our Kia Carnival, and the activities on your confirmed itinerary. Flights and entry requirements are excluded. The booking confirmation itemises everything, line by line.
Is two days actually enough for Abu Dhabi?
Enough for the essentials, honestly delivered: the Grand Mosque, the city's icons, and one big second-day experience. It is a highlights reel, not the full film — if you have three or four days, our longer versions breathe better.
What kind of hotel do we get?
A dependable, well-located property named in your proposal before you pay. This is the all-inclusive line rather than the luxury line; the hotel is chosen so the two days run smoothly, not to be the holiday itself.
Can we do both Yas Island and the desert?
Not comfortably in two days, and we will not sell you a schedule that needs a stopwatch. Pick one at booking; if your flights give us extra hours we will tell you what genuinely fits.
We land late at night — does the package still work?
Yes. A late arrival simply means day one starts fresh the next morning and we compress sensibly. Give us your flight numbers at booking and the proposal will reflect the real hours you have.
Do children pay less?
Child rates exist and are confirmed at booking, as they vary by hotel and attraction. Send ages with your enquiry. Car seats are available on request.
