Pre- and post-cruise nights, shore days and port transfers built around your sailing. One booking covers the whole itinerary: hotels, private touring, transfers and the named entries, sequenced so each day builds on the last.
Every package is adjusted to your dates, pace and taste before anything is confirmed. Tell us who is travelling and we will shape it around you.
Multi-day trips live or die on sequencing: which day to spend in the desert, when to see the mosque, where the rest day belongs. That ordering is the craft we sell.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

The rhythm of the trip
Before you fly · Built around your sailing
Send us your cruise confirmation and flight details. We plan backwards from embarkation and forwards from disembarkation — pre- and post-cruise hotel nights, every transfer, and private shore days in the ports we cover. You get one itinerary that treats the ship as the middle of the trip, not the whole of it.
Arrival · A night on land first
We track your flight and your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall, name board up. One of the luxury fleet takes you to your hotel — typically we recommend at least one night before embarkation so a delayed flight never becomes a missed ship. The evening is yours, or we can add a short orientation drive along the Corniche.
Embarkation day · To the terminal, unhurried
A relaxed morning, then the drive to the cruise terminal — Zayed Port in Abu Dhabi or your Dubai terminal, depending on the sailing. We time arrival for your allocated check-in window, not the queue at opening. Your driver handles luggage to the porters and you walk aboard.
Port days · Your ship docks, we are on the quay
On the days your ship calls in the UAE, your driver-guide is waiting at the terminal for a fully private shore day — Grand Mosque, Louvre Abu Dhabi, old Dubai, whatever we have agreed. No coach, no headcount, no fixed lunch stop. We build the day to have you back at the gangway with a comfortable buffer before all-aboard.
Disembarkation · The land leg
We meet you as you come off the ship and the post-cruise chapter starts — one or more hotel nights and the sights the shore days could not fit. This is usually where the mosque at golden hour or a desert evening goes.
Departure · Tracked to the minute
Your final transfer is timed to your flight, with your driver watching the departure boards, not guessing at traffic. If you land on an evening flight, we can often use the last day fully rather than sitting in a hotel lobby.
Insider tips
- Book at least one hotel night before embarkation. It is the single cheapest insurance against a delayed inbound flight, and you start the cruise rested instead of frazzled.
- Gulf cruise season runs through the cooler months, typically late autumn to spring — which is also the best weather for shore days, so plan to be off the ship, not on the sun deck, when you are in port.
- A private shore day beats the ship's coach excursion on flexibility, but respect all-aboard religiously — we build the buffer in, so resist the urge to spend it.
- Keep passports, medication and a change of clothes in your day bag on embarkation day; checked cases can take a few hours to reach your cabin.
- If you disembark in Abu Dhabi with an evening flight, use the day — the Grand Mosque and a long lunch fit comfortably between gangway and gate, and it is a far better ending than an airport lounge.
Questions, answered
Which cruise ports do you cover?
Zayed Port in Abu Dhabi and the Dubai cruise terminals, which between them handle almost every Gulf itinerary. If your sailing calls at another regional port, ask — we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it or not.
What happens if my ship arrives late or the itinerary changes?
We monitor your ship's actual arrival, not the printed schedule, and your driver-guide adjusts the day around it. Shore days are private, so a two-hour delay means a reshuffled route, not a cancelled tour. Hotel and transfer changes on the land legs are handled by us directly.
How do you make sure we are back before the ship sails?
We plan every shore day backwards from all-aboard time with a deliberate buffer, and your driver-guide keeps an eye on the clock so you do not have to. Unlike a ship excursion we cannot hold the vessel, so we are conservative — the last hour of a shore day is always spent near the port, not an hour down the motorway.
Who handles our luggage between airport, hotels and ship?
Your chauffeur loads and unloads at every stage, and hands cases to the terminal porters at embarkation. On land legs the luggage travels with you in the vehicle, so nothing is trusted to a separate truck. Pack a small day bag for port days, as cabins are usually not accessible until the afternoon of embarkation.
Do we need a UAE visa if we are arriving by cruise ship?
That depends on your nationality and your cruise line's arrangements, and the rules do change. Your cruise line and the official UAE government channels are the authority here — check with them before travelling. We will flag anything obvious in your itinerary, but we cannot issue or guarantee visas.
Can children join the shore days and transfers?
Yes — everything is private, so the pace is set by your family, not a coach group. Tell us ages when booking and we will fit proper child seats in the vehicle. Shore days can be tilted towards Yas Island's theme parks rather than museums if that is the better fight to pick.
