Highlights

  • All seven emirates, properly
  • Fully customisable before confirmation
  • One booking, zero logistics
  • Sequenced by people who live here
  • WhatsApp support before and during
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before travel

All seven emirates, properly — the full sweep with Liwa's big dunes. One booking covers the whole itinerary: hotels, private touring, transfers and the named entries, sequenced so each day builds on the last.

Every package is adjusted to your dates, pace and taste before anything is confirmed. Tell us who is travelling and we will shape it around you.

Multi-day trips live or die on sequencing: which day to spend in the desert, when to see the mosque, where the rest day belongs. That ordering is the craft we sell.

Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

The rhythm of the trip

  1. Days 1–2 · Abu Dhabi, then south to Liwa

The capital's big three — Grand Mosque, Qasr Al Watan, the Louvre Abu Dhabi — before the road turns south towards the Empty Quarter. Liwa's dunes are a different scale entirely: apricot-coloured, several hundred metres tall, and very quiet. Sunset there is the image you came for.

  2. Day 3 · Dubai in both centuries

Back north for the classic double: Al Fahidi and the Creek souks by abra in the morning, Downtown and the Burj Khalifa's observation decks towards evening. Timed entries are pre-booked so you queue for nothing.

  3. Day 4 · Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain

Three emirates in one unhurried day. Sharjah brings the restored heritage quarter and serious museums; Ajman offers a corniche lunch; Umm Al Quwain's old town is the quietest hour of the whole week. This is the day guests do not expect to love, and do.

  4. Day 5 · Ras Al Khaimah and Jebel Jais

The road winds up the UAE's highest mountain in engineered switchbacks, and the viewing decks near the top look back over bare rock to the sea. It is typically around ten degrees cooler up there. Optional add-ons on the mountain run through our partner operators.

  5. Day 6 · The east coast

Over the Hajar to Fujairah's forts and the coast's centuries-old mosque heritage, then Khor Fakkan and a swim in the Gulf of Oman. The seventh emirate, ticked off with sand between your toes rather than from a car window.

  6. Day 7 · The soft landing

A slow morning, a last souk run or beach hour, then the airport with time to spare. Seven emirates, one vehicle, no repacking drama.

Insider tips

  • Protect the Liwa sunset — build the day around being on the big dunes for the last hour of light, and let everything else flex.
  • Bring a warm layer for Jebel Jais; the summit road is typically around ten degrees cooler than the coast and the wind is real.
  • Do not trim day four to save time — Umm Al Quwain and Ajman are the unhurried hours that make the week feel like travel rather than ticking.
  • Forts and heritage quarters photograph best in the first two hours of morning light, when the stone goes honey-coloured.
  • If stargazing matters to you, ask about staying overnight near Liwa rather than driving back — the sky out there is the darkest in the country.

Questions, answered

Seven emirates in seven days — is it exhausting?

Less than you would think, because the route is drawn as a single loop with no backtracking and the driving is shared across the week. The longest legs are the Liwa run and the mountain crossing, both broken by stops. You also have a driver-guide, which means every drive is a rest.

Do we sleep somewhere different every night?

No — we typically anchor you in two or three bases and let the car radiate out. A night near Liwa is worth taking for the dunes at dawn; the rest can hub from Abu Dhabi and Dubai. We will propose a hotel pattern when you enquire.

Is Liwa genuinely worth the drive?

Yes, and it is the honest answer to a common question. The dunes near Dubai are lovely; Liwa is monumental — the edge of the Empty Quarter, with dunes on a scale nothing near the cities matches. If you are doing seven days, skipping it would be the mistake.

How fit do we need to be?

Ordinary walking fitness covers everything; nothing on the route requires climbing or long hikes. Dune scrambles are optional, mosque and museum floors are flat, and Jebel Jais is seen from viewing decks a short walk from the car. Tell us about any mobility needs and we will adjust stops.

What about prayer times and Fridays?

Mosque visits are scheduled outside prayer times, and non-Muslim visitors are welcome then — your guide handles the timing. On Fridays some heritage sites and souks pause around midday prayers, so we shape that day's order accordingly. It never costs you a sight, only a resequence.

When should we come?

October to April gives you warm days, crisp desert nights and clear mountain views — peak conditions for this route. Summer is workable with an interior-weighted rhythm and early starts, and Liwa at dawn is still remarkable. We will tell you plainly what your dates trade away.
