Choose your visit date and book online. We confirm and issue your ticket, typically the same day. Tickets are usually date-specific, so pick the day you are actually in Dubai — if you are coming from Abu Dhabi, we can arrange the transfer too.

At the gate
Aquaventure has its own entrance at Atlantis on the Palm, separate from the hotel lobby, and staff will point you the right way. Scan your QR and you are in. Arrive at opening — the park is enormous and the early hours are the calm ones.
Inside the park
Hire a locker, then work the slide towers one at a time rather than criss-crossing the park. The headline act is the near-vertical drop that sends you through a clear tunnel in the shark lagoon — do it before lunch, for reasons of both queues and digestion. The river circuit connects most of the park, so you can float between towers rather than walk.
Insider tips
- Go at opening and do the tower with the shark-lagoon drop first. By noon its queue is the longest on the Palm.
- The rapids river here is not a lazy river — it has waves and surges. Small children and relaxed grandparents should check the calmer stretches first.
- A waterproof phone pouch is worth it. The park is genuinely vast and you will want the map on you.
- The Palm Monorail stops at Atlantis and the ride out over the Palm is a decent free-with-your-fare view — a good option if you are coming from the Dubai side.
- Book a full day for this one. Travellers who slot it into an afternoon leave with half the park undone and mild regret.

Do I need to be staying at Atlantis to visit?
No. Aquaventure sells day entry to everyone. Hotel guests get their own perks, but the slides do not check where you slept.
Is the ticket valid on any day?
Tickets are typically date-specific. If your plans change, tell us before the visit day and we will rearrange where the park's policy allows.
Do children get cheaper entry?
Yes — children's rates exist and are generally based on height rather than age. The exact child rate and height threshold are confirmed at booking.
Does the ticket include the beach?
Beach access is often bundled with Aquaventure day entry, but inclusions change season to season, so we confirm exactly what your ticket covers at booking rather than promising and apologising later.
How do I get there from Abu Dhabi?
It is around ninety minutes each way by road. We can add a private Carnival transfer or fold this ticket into one of our Dubai day trips, which is the sensible way to do it.
What if I need to cancel?
Tickets are generally non-refundable once issued. Ask us before your visit date and we will do whatever the park's policy allows — usually a date change. We will give you the honest answer either way.
