The voucher lands on your phone

At the gate
Head to the lower ground floor of The Dubai Mall and follow the At The Top signs — allow around 20 minutes to walk there from the mall entrances. Arrive around 15 minutes before your slot for security screening. The queue moves briskly; the lift ride itself takes around a minute.
Levels 124 and 125
You step out onto level 125, with the open-air terrace one floor below on 124. Telescopes and viewing screens pick out the landmarks, and the glass runs floor to ceiling. Most guests spend around an hour up there — stay longer if the light is doing something worth waiting for.
Insider tips
- The last slots of the night are typically the quietest — the city lit up below and half the crowd already gone to dinner.
- In summer, skip the hazy mornings and go after dark; in winter, late morning gives the clearest horizon.
- Build in real time to cross The Dubai Mall. The tower entrance is further from the doors than any map suggests.
- The open terrace on 124 is the underrated floor — most visitors cluster on 125 and never go down the stairs.
- Come down in the evening and the fountain lake is right outside — shows typically run through the evening, and they cost nothing.

Is my ticket valid any time on the day?
No — this is a timed ticket for a specific date and slot. Arrive around 15 minutes early and you will be fine. Turning up hours late risks being turned away, and the tower does not bend its rules for good stories.
What is the difference between this and the SKY ticket?
This ticket covers levels 124 and 125 — the classic decks. SKY adds level 148, a dedicated lane and lounge service, at a meaningfully higher price. For most first visits, 124 and 125 deliver the postcard perfectly well.
Can I get a refund if my plans change?
Timed tickets are typically non-refundable once issued. Changes of date or slot are sometimes possible with notice, subject to availability — the exact terms are confirmed at booking.
Do kids need a ticket, and is it cheaper?
Children's rates exist, and the youngest visitors typically go free. Age bands and amounts are confirmed at booking — we do not quote figures that the attraction can change under us.
How long does the visit take?
Around an hour at the top for most people, plus the walk through the mall and security either side. Call it two hours door to door and you will not feel rushed.
Is it worth paying extra for a sunset slot?
Sunset is the theatre, but it is also the crowd. A morning slot on a clear winter day gives sharper long-range views for less money and fewer elbows. Both are good answers; only one of them is cheap, and we respect the cheap one.
