Old Dubai on one side, new on the other, and the glass bridge between. We hold allocations with the attraction, so your entry is confirmed the moment you book — no ticket-desk queue, no sold-out surprises.
Tickets are delivered to your phone within minutes. Add hotel transfers or a private tour around your visit and we will fold it into one plan.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

Your day, stop by stop
Book your slot
Choose your date and preferred time and book online. Entry typically runs on timed slots, and we confirm yours when the ticket is issued. Late afternoon is the connoisseur's choice — city in daylight on the way up, lights coming on by the time you leave.
Voucher on your phone
Your e-ticket arrives by email with a QR code. Save it offline. No printing, no desk, no fuss.
At the gate
The Frame stands inside Zabeel Park, so allow a few minutes to walk from the gate or car park to the entrance. There is a quick security check, then your QR is scanned and you are into the ground-floor gallery. Arrive around fifteen minutes before your slot.
Inside
The ground gallery walks you through old Dubai before the lift takes you up around 150 metres to the sky deck. Up top, old Dubai sits on one side, the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline on the other, and a glass-floored walkway runs between them for those who enjoy looking straight down. You exit through a gallery on the city's future, which is Dubai being Dubai.
Insider tips
- Book a slot around an hour before sunset. You get the daylight view, the golden hour and the first city lights in one visit.
- Summer middays can be hazy at height. In the hot months, mornings usually give the clearest view.
- The best photo of the Frame itself is from the ground in Zabeel Park — take it before you go in, while the light is on the gold facade.
- The glass floor has a party trick — sections turn opaque until you step on them. Watch a few victims before your turn.
- Zabeel Park is a proper park. If you are travelling with children, arrive early and let them run before the lift queue.
Questions, answered
Is entry timed?
Typically yes — you book a slot and arrive within it. We confirm your exact time when the ticket is issued. Arriving early is fine; arriving very late risks a wait or a re-book.
How long does a visit take?
Around 45 minutes to an hour covers the galleries and a decent stint on the sky deck. Photographers linger longer, and nobody hurries them.
Do children get cheaper entry?
Yes — children's rates exist and young children often enter free. Exact child pricing is confirmed at booking.
Is the glass floor compulsory?
No. The glass walkway runs along the middle of the sky deck and there is solid floor either side of it. You can admire other people's courage from a respectful distance.
Can this be added to a day trip from Abu Dhabi?
Easily. The Frame sits neatly between old and new Dubai, which is exactly the route our Dubai day trips drive. Tell us when you book and we will time your slot to the itinerary.
What if I miss my slot or need to cancel?
Tickets are generally non-refundable once issued, but tell us before your visit day and we will rearrange where the attraction's policy allows. Traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road is a poor excuse but a common one — build in margin.
