Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

Your day, stop by stop
Book your day
Pick your visit date and book online. We confirm availability with the park and issue your ticket, typically the same day. Waterpark tickets are usually date-specific, so choose the day you actually intend to get wet.
Voucher on your phone
Your e-ticket lands by email with a QR code. No printing, no collection desk. Save it offline before you leave the hotel — signal at a waterpark gate is never as good as you hope.
At the gate
Head to the main entrance on Yas Island and scan your QR at the turnstile. Arrive for opening if you want the big slides to yourself for an hour. Wear your swimwear under your clothes and you skip the changing-room queue entirely.
Inside the park
Hire a locker, grab a waterproof pouch for your phone and go straight for the headline rides before the crowds settle in. The park is themed around the Emirati pearl-diving story, and with forty-plus rides you will not run out of things to queue for. Towels and lockers are hired inside, so pack light.
Insider tips
- Arrive for opening and head straight to Dawwama and the other big-name slides — the first hour is the shortest queue of the day.
- Water shoes earn their keep. The paths between rides get properly hot by midday, even in the cooler months.
- The Bandit Bomber coaster has onboard water blasters — send the family members you like least underneath it first.
- Midweek visits outside school holidays are noticeably quieter. If your dates are flexible, use them.
- Ferrari World and Warner Bros. World are minutes away on the same island — we can build a Yas multi-day around this ticket with Carnival transfers if you ask.
Questions, answered
Is the ticket valid on any day?
Tickets are typically issued for a specific date. If your plans shift, tell us before your visit day and we will rearrange where the park's policy allows. Turning up on a different day with yesterday's ticket is a gamble we do not recommend.
Do children get cheaper entry?
Yes — children's rates exist, and at most waterparks they are based on height rather than age. The exact child rate and the height cut-off are confirmed at booking. Very small children often enter free, which we will also confirm.
Are there height restrictions on the rides?
The biggest slides require riders to be around 1.1 metres or taller, and a few of the extreme ones set the bar higher. There is a generous kids' zone for anyone under the line, so nobody stands about sulking.
What swimwear is allowed?
Proper swimwear is required on the slides — boardshorts, swimsuits and full-coverage options such as burkinis are all fine. Everyday clothing, denim and anything with zips or buckles will be turned away at the ride entrance.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Outside food and drink are generally not permitted. There are cafés and kiosks throughout the park. Budget travellers, eat a large breakfast — it is the honest hack and it works.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Attraction tickets are generally non-refundable once issued. Contact us before your visit date and we will do whatever the park's own policy allows, which is usually a date change rather than money back. We will always tell you straight.
