Airside assistance, fast-track immigration and porters — arrivals without the arrivals hall. This is a fully private experience in Abu Dhabi: your own vehicle, your own driver-guide, and an itinerary that flexes on the day.
Your driver tracks the flight, meets you with a name board and waits up to an hour free. The price is fixed when you book — no surge, no meter anxiety.
The point of a good transfer is that nothing about it is memorable: the car is waiting, the driver knows the terminal, and the price was settled when you booked.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

How it works
Book with your flight number
Give us your flight number exactly as it appears on your ticket, plus names and passenger count. That's genuinely all we need. Everything downstream — timing, gate, greeter — hangs off that one detail.
We track the flight, not the schedule
Your greeter works to the aircraft's actual landing time, not the timetable. Delays, early arrivals, gate changes — all absorbed without you lifting a finger. You could sleep the whole flight and nothing would slip.
The airside meet
As you step off the air bridge, someone is holding your name — before immigration, before the crowds, before you've had to make a single decision. From that moment, navigation stops being your job. Long-haul with children, this is the moment the service pays for itself.
Fast-track and porters
You're walked through fast-track immigration while porters take charge of your luggage at the belt. No queue-reading, no trolley wrestling, no counting bags twice. The paperwork moments happen at a pace set by you, not the hall.
Out through customs to the kerb
Your greeter brings you through customs and delivers you either to your waiting Aura Avenue car or to whoever is collecting you. Typically the whole arrival takes a fraction of the usual time. The arrivals hall happens to other people.
Insider tips
- Book with the flight number from your ticket, not the codeshare on your booking email — they can differ, and the greeter meets the metal, not the marketing.
- WhatsApp us a quick count of your checked bags before departure; porters work fastest when they know what they're looking for.
- Keep all passports at the top of one piece of hand luggage. Fast-track is only as fast as the document hunt.
- If someone is collecting you, give us their number — your greeter will coordinate the handover so nobody circles the terminal.
- Arriving off an overnight flight, resist the urge to plan anything for the first two hours after landing. Let this be the one leg of the journey with no decisions in it.
Questions, answered
What does 'airside' actually mean here?
It means your greeter meets you at the aircraft side of the airport — at the air bridge as you disembark — rather than beyond customs where drivers usually wait. You're accompanied through every stage: immigration, baggage, customs. The distinction matters; it's the whole difference between being met and being escorted.
What if my flight is delayed or lands early?
The service follows the aircraft, not the clock. Your greeter's schedule adjusts to the actual landing time automatically, so there's nothing to notify and nobody to apologise to. Early arrivals are covered just the same.
Can the greeter help with visas on arrival?
The greeter will bring you to the right counters and stay with you through the process, which removes most of the stress. What they can't do is issue or guarantee a visa — that remains between you and immigration. If your paperwork is in order, their presence makes it quick.
Is this suitable for elderly guests or reduced mobility?
Very much so — it removes the long walks' worst logistics and the queues entirely. If you need wheelchair assistance, tell us at booking and we'll coordinate it with the airport's own assistance service so the two work together. Porters handle all luggage regardless.
How much luggage can the porters take?
A normal family's worth is no problem — tell us your bag count at booking and we'll staff accordingly. Genuinely excessive loads, think relocation-scale, just need a heads-up so enough hands are waiting. Nobody has ever been left pushing their own trolley.
Do I need this if I've already booked a transfer with you?
They solve different problems: the transfer starts at the kerb, this one starts at the aircraft door. Together they close the gap completely — greeter hands you to driver without a minute in between. If you're arriving off a long-haul with children or tight onward plans, the pairing is the version we'd honestly recommend.
