- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before travel
4 days of tours and experiences bundled at the sharp price — you book the bed, we run the days. One booking covers the whole itinerary: hotels, private touring, transfers and the named entries, sequenced so each day builds on the last.
Every package is adjusted to your dates, pace and taste before anything is confirmed. Tell us who is travelling and we will shape it around you.
Multi-day trips live or die on sequencing: which day to spend in the desert, when to see the mosque, where the rest day belongs. That ordering is the craft we sell.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

The rhythm of the trip
Book it, then tailor it
Four days, booked as one bundle, shaped to you before you land. Each day can be swapped, reordered or upgraded — the itinerary below is our suggested arc, not a fixed menu. You book the bed; we run the days.
Day 1 — the capital circuit
Abu Dhabi's essentials: the Grand Mosque, the Corniche, the palace photo stops. Dress for the mosque — shoulders and knees covered, headscarf for women — and the day runs without a hitch. Evening free.
Day 2 — the desert evening
A daytime lie-in or pool morning, then dunes from mid-afternoon: dune driving with a permitted partner operator, sunset, camp and BBQ dinner. The half-day rhythm here is deliberate — it is your recovery valve.
Day 3 — Dubai in a day
The long one: up the road to Burj Khalifa country, the Palm, the Frame district and old Dubai's creek-side lanes, typically a ten-hour round trip. Big day, big return. Wear the comfortable shoes.
Day 4 — Yas Island or the culture card
Finish with a theme park on Yas, or trade it for the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Qasr Al Watan if your legs vote museum. Either way we time the finish around your evening — or your flight.
Insider tips
- Keep day 2's free morning free. Four-day trips fail when every morning starts early; this one is built not to.
- Do Dubai on day 3, not day 1 — you will enjoy the long day more once the jet lag has been slept off.
- Carry your mosque outfit on day 1 and your swim kit on any Yas Waterworld day; the obvious packing is the packing people forget.
- If your flight out is late evening, ask us to move the desert to the final day — dinner in the dunes, then the airport, is a clean exit.
- Hydrate on the Dubai day like it is a sport. The distances between photo stops are short; the sun between them is not.
Questions, answered
What exactly is included?
The listed activities and experiences, transport from your hotel to each, entry tickets named in the plan, guiding on tour days, and the desert BBQ. Hotel, flights and other meals are yours. The confirmation itemises every inclusion so nothing is assumed.
Can we base ourselves in Dubai instead of Abu Dhabi?
Yes — the plan is multi-emirate and we flip the geometry: the Dubai sights become the short days and Abu Dhabi becomes the road trip. Tell us your base at booking and we will build around it.
Are the days shared or private?
Shared departures are the default — they are why the price is sharp, and shared means sharing pickup windows and a group's pace. Any day can be upgraded to private in our Kia Carnival; the difference is quoted before you decide.
Can we change days once we are there?
Usually, yes. Weather, tired legs and better ideas all happen; swaps are subject to availability, and timed-entry tickets are the least flexible pieces. Message us the night before and we will tell you honestly what can move.
What about children?
The whole arc is family-workable. Dune bashing carries young-age and pregnancy cautions with a calm route to camp instead, and the Dubai day is long for small children — we can soften it. Children's pricing is confirmed at booking.
Do single travellers pay more?
No single supplement — pricing is per person and there is no hotel share involved. Shared groups tend to be good company by kilometre three.
