The rhythm of the trip
Days 1–2 — Arrive, settle, look around
Airport pickup in the Kia Carnival, check-in, and a slow first day and a half: the Corniche, a first meal, your bearings. Ten days means we never have to rush, and we start as we mean to go on.
Days 3–4 — The capital in full
The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the palace district, the Louvre Abu Dhabi's neighbourhood and the waterfront, spread across two proper days instead of one crammed one. Mosque dress code applies — covered shoulders and knees, headscarf for women.
Day 5 — The desert evening
Afternoon pickup for dunes, camp, sunset and BBQ dinner, with dune activities run by permitted partner operators. Placed mid-trip so there is recovery time either side, though there is honestly not much to recover from.
Days 6–7 — Yas Island, twice if you like
Two days for the Yas parks, or one park day and one of something calmer — the mangroves with a partner operator, a beach, or a free afternoon. This is the stretch of the itinerary most guests customise, and we encourage it.
Days 8–9 — The Dubai chapter
Two days for Dubai: the Burj Khalifa district, the Palm, old Dubai's souks and creek, without the single-day squeeze of shorter packages. At proposal stage we agree whether to run these as day trips or split your hotel between the two cities — both work, and it is your call.
Day 10 — Departure
Checkout and an unhurried airport drop. A closing note that applies to all ten days: this arc is a starting template. Every day is tailorable at booking, and a ten-day canvas gives us more room to repaint than anything else we sell.
Insider tips
- Take the split-hotel option if the Palm and old Dubai are priorities — two Dubai day trips means around four hours of motorway you could spend elsewhere.
- Book any timed-entry attractions for the first half of the trip, so a schedule slip still leaves room to rebook.
- Pack one mosque-appropriate outfit and keep it accessible: shoulders and knees covered, headscarf for women.
- The desert cools quickly after sunset between roughly November and March — bring a layer for the camp evening.
- Use the free stretches. The best days on a ten-day booking are usually the ones guests invent on day six, once they know what they actually like here.

What does the price actually cover?
Hotel for the full stay, airport transfers, all ground transport in our Kia Carnival, and every activity on your confirmed itinerary. Flights and UAE entry requirements are excluded. Your booking confirmation itemises every inclusion, so nothing is left to interpretation.
Do we stay in one hotel or two?
Your choice. We can keep a single Abu Dhabi base and run Dubai as day trips, or split the stay between the two cities. Both are priced in your proposal; the split saves road time, the single base saves repacking.
What class of hotel is it?
Value class — clean, dependable, well-located, and named in your proposal before you commit. On a ten-day stay that honesty matters: this line puts the budget into ten days of activities rather than the room you sleep in.
Ten days sounds long. Are there rest days?
Yes, by design. The arc includes genuinely free time, and no day is scheduled wall to wall. If you want more slack — or less — we adjust the balance at booking. It is your holiday, not a syllabus.
Can we change days once we have arrived?
Within reason, yes. Free days and city time move easily; timed attractions and the desert evening depend on availability. The more notice, the more we can do — your driver-guide is the person to ask first.
How are children and solo travellers priced?
Child rates exist and are confirmed at booking once we know ages. Solo travellers are welcome; single occupancy affects the price, stated plainly in the proposal. No hidden arithmetic either way.
