6 days with hotel, transport and every activity folded into one honest price. One booking covers the whole itinerary: hotels, private touring, transfers and the named entries, sequenced so each day builds on the last.
Every package is adjusted to your dates, pace and taste before anything is confirmed. Tell us who is travelling and we will shape it around you.
Multi-day trips live or die on sequencing: which day to spend in the desert, when to see the mosque, where the rest day belongs. That ordering is the craft we sell.
Practicalities, handled: your driver's WhatsApp arrives the evening before with the exact pickup time; the vehicle carries chilled water and chargers; timings flex on the day if a flight, a nap or a whim demands it. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before travel, and you can pay on the day.

The rhythm of the trip
Day 1 — Arrival, done properly
We meet you at the airport and drive you to your hotel in the Kia Carnival. Check in, shake off the flight, then take an easy evening on the Abu Dhabi Corniche. We deliberately plan nothing strenuous on arrival day.
Day 2 — Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the capital
A full city day: the Grand Mosque, the palace district and the Corniche photo stops, typically starting mid-morning. Dress modestly for the mosque — shoulders and knees covered, a headscarf for women. Your driver-guide handles timings so you never feel herded.
Day 3 — The desert evening
Afternoon pickup for dune driving, a desert camp, sunset and a BBQ dinner. The dune activities are delivered by permitted partner operators with proper safety briefings. You are typically back at the hotel around mid-evening.
Day 4 — Dubai for the day
The long one: Burj Khalifa district, the Palm and old Dubai's souks and creek, around ten hours door to door. It is a big day, which is why we put it in the middle of the week. Comfortable shoes earn their keep here.
Day 5 — Yas Island
Theme park day on Yas — the parks run to their own schedules, so we plan the pickup around gate opening. If parks are not your thing, tell us; this is where the itinerary bends most easily.
Day 6 — Departure, unhurried
Checkout, a spare hour or two if your flight allows, then the airport drop. And a standing note on the whole week: every day above is a template, not a contract. Swap, reorder or replace days when you book — that is the point of doing it all through one operator.
Insider tips
- Pack one mosque-appropriate outfit: shoulders and knees covered for everyone, and a headscarf for women. It saves borrowing garments at the entrance.
- Keep the Dubai day in the middle of the week as we have it — ten hours on the road the day before a flight is nobody's idea of a holiday.
- In summer, ask us to shift the city day earlier in the morning; the light at the Grand Mosque is at its best then anyway.
- The desert evening gets genuinely cool between roughly November and March. Bring a light layer for after sunset.
- Tell us at booking what you would happily skip. A day reclaimed from theme parks buys you the Louvre Abu Dhabi or a slow Corniche afternoon.
Questions, answered
What exactly is included in the price?
Your hotel stay, airport transfers, transport in our Kia Carnival throughout, and every activity listed in your itinerary. Flights and UAE entry requirements are yours to arrange. The precise inclusion list is itemised line by line on your booking confirmation, so there is no ambiguity about what you have paid for.
What does a "value" hotel actually mean?
It means we chose it for cleanliness, location and reliability rather than chandeliers. This is the honest end of our range: a solid, well-reviewed property, not a beach resort. The specific hotel is named in your proposal before you pay anything, so you can look it up yourself.
Can I book this as a solo traveller?
Yes. The itinerary works exactly the same for one person; single occupancy affects the price, which we confirm in your proposal. Plenty of our value-line guests travel alone.
Can we change the order of days, or swap an activity out?
Yes — the day-by-day plan is tailorable before arrival at no drama. Once you are on the ground, swaps are still possible subject to availability, particularly for timed attractions and the desert evening.
Do children pay less?
Child rates exist and are confirmed at booking, since they vary by attraction and hotel. Tell us ages when you enquire and we will price it accurately. Car seats are available on request.
Are meals included?
The desert BBQ dinner is part of the safari evening, and hotel breakfast arrangements are confirmed with your specific hotel in the proposal. Other meals are yours — which most guests prefer, since half the fun of the Dubai day is eating in old Dubai.
